Integrated Infrastructure Development for Ofakim Neighborhood
The Ofakim project focuses on establishing and creating comprehensive infrastructure to support a new neighborhood before its construction in the Ofakim area. This project involves an extensive range of preparatory and foundational tasks, including site preparation, demolition, clearing, and cleaning. Key elements of the work include earthworks, cast-in-place concrete construction, drilled and cast piles on-site, and the setup of foundational bedding and infrastructure layers. Asphalt paving, curbs, and paving stones are incorporated to enhance accessibility and durability, alongside drainage work to manage water flow. Safety railings, fencing, painting, and signage ensure safe and well-marked pathways. Additional infrastructure includes lighting, city communication systems, traffic lights, water and sewage systems, and gas installations, which collectively contribute to a fully equipped and operational neighborhood infrastructure. Quality control is prioritized throughout each stage to ensure all components meet high standards, ultimately preparing the Ofakim area for a sustainable and functional residential environment.
