Comprehensive Civil and MEP Works for the Green Line LRT Project – Herzliya Depot Yard Development

The Green Line is mostly at-grade and encompasses approximately 39 km long and has 62 Stops/Stations, two depots (Holon is the central and Herzliya). The Works include Civil and MEP construction Works, including construction of the Railway Systems for all sections of the Project. This revision of the document focuses on the activities including earthworks, Multi Tubular piping and foundations which are included in the current permits.

the preparation, activities, sequence, and milestones of the continuing earthworks from Infra # 1 stage, underground utilities including water, sewerage, and Multi Tubular, OHLE Foundations and foundation slabs for Herzliya Depot tracks.

The project covers earthworks and Infrastructures LRT substructure under the concrete track slabs and structure of the Multi-Tubular sections underground during the execution of the infra # 2 works while minimizing the need to reconstruct areas beyond the infra # 2 boundaries for the Depot Yard

The project covers all works performed during the construction phase during its lifecycle within the framework of the project and as per Project requirements and approved Permits for Section Herzliya Depot Yard, and include Civil and MEP activities up to the Foundation Slab level and it  covers all works to be performed for execution of the buildings and all structures above the Foundation Slab including Tracks, OHLE, FTA, Landscaping, Gardening, and steelworks.
